The new range of portable air conditioners from Dimplex will ensure that
your home and family remain cool and comfortable in the sweltering summer
months. Packed with many innovative features, these units are guaranteed
to cool even in extreme temperatures.
The 2011/12 Range consists of the new DC12RC portable air conditioner.
The DC12RC operates at a 3.5kW heating and cooling output, and is suitable
for cooling rooms up to 35m2. The unit features a dual fan system
which keeps units cooling in temperatures up to 43 degrees Celsius, and
a Self Evaporative function which removes the need for hose or drip tray.
The DC range also features a system which removes excess moisture from
the air, helping to reduce unwanted mould, mildew and dust mites.
Complementing the new models is the reverse cycle GDC10RCWB, with 3kW heating and cooling capacity. Launched last year, it carries the dehumidifying and self-evaporative function found in the DC range, as well as remote control and 24-hour timer setting with sleep mode.
