Mitre 10 Penguin Promotion 2021

1. Information on how to enter and claim the Mitre 10 Penguin promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Glen Dimplex New Zealand Ltd, 38 Harris Road, East Tamaki 2013, Auckland, New Zealand.
3. Offer is only open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 and over.
4. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: ‘Purchase’ means order placed and payment made in full for the Participating Product/s during the Promotional Period from a Mitre 10 retail store (offer does not apply to purchases made online). Purchase does not include:

• Rental payment plans with a term of less than 18 months;
• Orders not paid in full;
• Commercial or business transactions; or purchases made for commercial or business purpose; or purchased in a business name;

• Second hand products;
• Purchases by Glen Dimplex New Zealand staff and their immediate family;
• Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion;
• Purchases made directly from Glen Dimplex New Zealand Ltd;
• Purchases made through any unauthorised retailer; and
• T2/clearance products.

5. The promotion commences on 1st May 2021 and closes at 11.59pm on 31st May 2021 (“Promotional Period”), or while stocks last. Gift with Purchase stock is strictly limited.

 

6. To be eligible to receive the free gift with purchase penguin toy, consumers must purchase a Dimplex product within one of the following categories; portable heaters, dehumidifiers, air circulators, panel heaters, electric fires, portable fans or portable air conditioners between the 1st May 2021 and 31st May 2021 (inclusive). Any proof of purchase / tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be valid for redemption.

 

7. One toy is redeemable with each valid Dimplex product. Toy must not be given without an eligible purchase.

 

8. In order to receive the free Penguin toy, customers must directly collect gift with purchase at the checkout of the Mitre 10 store, once they have purchased the eligible product(s) and shown a valid receipt.

 

9. Gift with purchase toy stock is strictly limited, the promotion ends in-store once all penguin stock is sold out. Rainchecks are not permitted.

 

10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of purchases (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the redemption process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at this stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

 

11. Purchases by, for and in the name of trusts, businesses, companies, residential or commercial developers/developments and purchases by builders, subcontractors, installers/resellers and their immediate family are not eligible to redeem this promotion. The purchaser is considered the payer for the Eligible Models as shown on the
    submitted proof of purchase document.

 

12.  Gift with purchase is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services including cash.

 

13. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

14. The promotion is not applicable to purchases of display models, graded seconds or factory reconditioned products.

 

15. This promotion is for retail customers only and there is no gift with purchase for government, national accounts, contracts or not for profit organisations (unless the not for profit organisation is buying at retail pricing).

 

16. Please note that only lay-bys that have been initiated within the promotional period and paid in full by promotion end date 31st May 2021 are eligible for the gift with purchase.

 

17. The Promoter’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information is subject to the Dimplex Privacy Policy (available at dimplex.com.au/privacy) and is incorporated in this agreement.
