At Dimplex we have a commitment to quality and warrant our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal domestic use and service. All Dimplex products are covered under a period of warranty, for details please refer to your user manual. To take advantage of any warranty issues it is important to register your products.

In the event you need to make a warranty claim you will be asked to present your receipt as proof of purchase.
